UPDATE: He rated his own Shop 5 stars because he wants his shop ratings to go up. Please do not trust this man (Agustin Chavez). It will save you lots of problems If i can rate 0 stars i would. My fathers truck was stolen from this mechanics (Agustin Chavez) lot. Never called my dad to let him know it got stolen. My dad had to call about the truck only for him to tell my dad his truck got stolen from the lot. He wont take responsibility for it. Called my dads truck garbage and denies he ever told my dad he could fix his truck when theres evidence that he said he would. My dad also paid him about $200 for a part he said the truck needed and he also says my dad never gave him money. Agustin sucks at communicating and needs to take responsibility. He claims truck was not in his lot all of a sudden. When truck was found my mom called him to ask what his plans were since it was stolen from his lot and its clear that he should take accountablility, Agustin very unprofessional and rude told my mother he didnt have any plans and the truck wasnt his problem. I Absolutely love this place I love the mechanic he is absolutely the best hands down I appreciate everything that he had done for me appreciate that he is someone who is gonna fix the problem and not bring more problem so you can keep bringing your car back absolutely love him hands✋️ down i would absolutely recommend him to all

Took my car in cuz I'm having issues with my o2 sensors. Recommend FOR ME TO CHANGE 2 sensors. Usually mechanics would offer to change the parts but he didn't want to do that. I'd assume maybe it's because that won't solve the issue.

My front headlights weren't working. That's all. And they were going to charge me over 700 dollars to fix it. My friend knows about cars and he was able to fix it for less than a hundred. Not only that but they absolutely refused to give me any kind of estimate and made it seem that it wasn't going to be much. They have an $85 dollar diagnostics fee which I only agreed to because he said he would deduct that from the repair price.. He said he would just go to the junk yard and get a few parts and I told him I didn't have a lot of money and he made me believe that he would give me the best deal. He ended up charging me $85 dollars just to take off the bumper and look at a couple wires.

had a problem with my 2009 Audi A4 and I took it to two different certified Audi VW shops and they both could not figure out the problem . One of the shops tried to fool me to pay $520 by replacing the fuel sensor, but I did not pay anything. I took it to Audi Bakersfield and unfortunately they kept the car for two days and could not find the problem either. I found BSR online and told myself, let me give it a try. Taht's when I met Alex and Augustine. Alex was responsible to fix my car and he told me from the beginning that he will find the problem, which must be an electrical issue. Finally Alex gave me a call that the cluster needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. He replaced the cluster and made sure everything was alright and he called twice after i took the car to make sure if everything is alright. After this experience, this is the only shop I trust in Bakersfield. Overwhelming, helpful and experts.
